He is the founder of the consulting group UPPERCASE and the online platform UPPERSETUP, specializing in business registration and support in the UAE.
For over 7 years, he has been successfully managing projects in Dubai and other emirates, covering key sectors — from legal and investment services to IT, development, and real estate.

During this time, he has gained extensive experience in launching and supporting:

• Development projects — including legal and financial structuring, interaction with government authorities, and market entry strategies.
• IT platforms in the real estate sector — from concept to implementation: deal automation, digital client portals, integrations with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), and smart contracts.
• Projects in licensing, trading, blockchain, and consulting industries.

Vitaliy also runs an educational YouTube project called “Business Without Borders” where he shares practical knowledge about launching businesses abroad.
